Career Spotlight: The Call to Adventure Course

How much longer are you going to keep thinking about your next career move instead of actually making it?

Get yourself unstuck. In four weeks, go from “I don’t know” to “Here’s my plan.”

You know something isn't working. You're frustrated, stuck, maybe confused about what comes next. What do I want? What am I qualified for? Do I stay? Do I leave? Where do I even start?

I've been there.

Every Sunday night, the forecast for Monday was dreadful, with a 100% chance of ruminating: “How long am I going to keep doing this?” I knew something had to change, and I knew taking the first step was the only thing that mattered.

And you know why? Most people wait to feel motivated before they act. Spoiler alert: it can work the other way around. Take one step. Create momentum. Keep going.

Repeat after me: I do not need to figure out my entire future before I take the first step.

Professional portrait of Cristin

Hi, I’m Cristin.

I help people make smarter career moves.

I’ve spent three decades in Talent Management and interviewed thousands of people. I’ve heard what candidates say during an interview and what decision-makers notice. I’ve talked to employees after they’ve made a decision to leave, and I know what their reasons are. I've worked with private-equity-backed startups, Fortune 500 companies, and a lot in between.

I've seen and heard it all. And I'm bringing that perspective to you so you can stop guessing your way through your career and make your next move clearly and confidently.
